Your home is your refuge. We take the health and safety of our community seriously, and aim to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. We are now offering two types of complimentary no-contact virtual consultations for our interior design services:

    • Video Call Consultations – This is possible using Skype, Facetime, and Google Duo. Together, we will virtually tour your home and discuss your ideas.
    • Phone Call Consultations – If you prefer not to video chat, we are happy to look at pictures of your home’s interior and discuss your project over the phone.

We make the process as seamless as possible. Based on our discussions, we create a design for you that reflects your needs and tastes using products from our wide array of trusted and well-known suppliers. We’re there every step of the way from inspiration to installation.

How does the process work?

Once we have set up a time and date for this meeting, you will receive an email invite from us which will contain the meeting link. This link will enter you into a virtual meeting room. We’ll meet you there for our scheduled appointment.

We will begin with a virtual tour of your space, so that we can get a sense of your style and how you would like your home to feel and function. We will then discuss your expectations and what you would like to invest in design solutions.

Once we have established what the project entails, we will quote you a flat rate design service fee to be collected in full before moving on to the next phase.

Though we usually offer a full-service design process, our changing business operations require a bit of assistance from you. We will need you to take measurements of your space and send them to us along with photos to allow for accurate floor plans to be developed.

How do I pay for your interior design services?

Payment for our services can be processed through etransfer, or we can take your credit card information through a telephone call.

How long does the design process take?

The research, design, and presentation process varies between 1 and 2 weeks. This includes sourcing of furniture and accessories, selection of material and fabrics, execution of drawings (to scale), and procuring a detailed invoice.

How will the design be presented?

The completed design will be shared with you via PowerPoint through a virtual follow-up appointment. We will use the same process as for the initial consultation.

What if I want to see fabric, rug, and paint samples?

We will do porch drop-offs of any samples of fabric and materials the day before the follow-up appointment. That way you will have everything at hand for the presentation.

Will I be able to receive a hard copy of my room design?

Once the design has been approved and we are moving forward with the project to completion, you will receive a hardcopy of your custom-designed space.
